Shipping (To India)

Products to India are usually shipped within 3 days of the order date & would reach the customer between 5 to 8 days from the order date. Some remote areas in India might take longer to reach.

If a prepaid order is placed for a non-serviceable remote area then we will try alternate shipping methods & would refund the order if shipping fails after 2 attempts.

If COD orders are placed for non-serviceable areas through our courier partners, we will send the order through the postal service & will ask the customer to convert or reorder his product through the prepaid method.

Returns & Exchange Policy (for India)

At Truerevo, our refund policy is applicable exclusively to cases involving manufacturing defects.

Our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process. You have the option to initiate a return for eligible items within 7 days of receiving them. We provide two options for your convenience: store credit or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and have all attached tags.

Our policy for the above lasts 10 days.If 10 days have gone by since your order invoice date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Additionally, If attempt to initiate a return or exchange more than once, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
